Serve as the on-site project manager or inspector, performing daily field oversight, resolving complex construction issues — including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical system challenges — and ensuring work meets contract requirements and budget constraints. Review and recommend approval of design documents, construction submittals, progress evaluations, and invoices related to building systems and MEP trades; coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, contracting specialists, and customer agencies. Provide technical expertise on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, workmanship quality, environmental regulations, and construction best practices.
