Position Summary: The Contract Manager is responsible for overall leadership and execution of a federal facilities operations contract supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This role serves as the primary point of contact for Government representatives and ensures all services are delivered safely, on time, and in full compliance with contract requirements.

This role supports a potential contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
  • Oversee daily contract operations, staffing, schedules, and performance outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), safety standards, and federal regulations
  • Lead planning, risk management, and corrective action initiatives
  • Manage subcontractors and support services as applicable
  • Attend weekly coordination meetings at the CBP El Paso maintenance facility
  • Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CBP Facility access
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing facilities or operations contracts, preferably federal
  • Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, compliance, and performance management
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
