Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operations to join the Data Center, Power, and Control Team. The Director of Operations is responsible for the end-to-end operational leadership, performance, and transformation of the Juarez, Mexico and Santa Teresa, NM manufacturing and distribution facilities, which are critical nodes within the DPC global value stream.
This role drives the strategic direction, operational execution, and continuous transformation of the sites to deliver best-in-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital, while enabling long-term growth, capacity expansion, and customer service excellence.
Acts as a key leader within the DPC operations organization, partnering across business units and functions to align site performance with division strategy.
