Groundskeeper

Groundskeeper – Franklin Mountain Management| Full-Time 

Franklin Mountain Management is seeking a Groundskeeper professional to join their team in the role of Groundskeeper. This position is located west of El Paso, TX.   We are an equal opportunity employer and offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunity for advancement.

Job Summary:

The Groundskeeper will landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Technician will typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units throughout property.  

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.  
• Minimum 3 years of landscaping and grounds maintenance experience
• Valid Driver's License required. 

Abilities 

• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
• Ability to carry and lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Ability to Drive trucks or other vehicles to or at work sites.
