About the Role:
JAIMES AGENCY LLC is looking for a driven and personable Insurance Sales Specialist to join our growing team in El Paso, TX. This is your opportunity to build a rewarding career helping individuals and families protect what matters most — while earning competitive commissions in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Present and sell insurance policies including auto, home, life, and/or commercial lines
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and renewals
- Follow up on quotes, applications, and policy changes in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems
Requirements:
- Active Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
- Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to serve the El Paso community effectively
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or agency management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus

Compensation: $36,400.00 - $100,000.00 per year
