Established law firm seeking medical records clerk for full-time position.
General Accountabilities
- Organize, enter and cross-reference documents in a computerized databases
- *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains all paper and electronic patient records and chart dictation in the appropriate medical record utilizing systematic filing methods
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- -Position may require the ability to move about inside an office setting to access files, office machinery, etc as well as operate a computer. May require the ability to move files/boxes up to 25 pounds.
