Althouse Restore has been serving the El Paso and Las Cruces Insurance Industry for over almost 40 Years.  We are looking for a Restoration Claim Coordinator to join our team, full-time!

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Bilingual Office Manager to support daily operations for our restoration/emergency services company. This role is essential to keep our office and field crews running efficiently. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, excels at multitasking, and has experience with invoicing, collections, Program Management, and estimating platforms such as Dash, XactAnalysis/Xactimate, and Symbility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish in a professional manner
  • Schedule and coordinate field crews for jobs and emergency services
  • Prepare, review, and submit emergency service invoices using Xactimate and Symbility
  • Follow up on outstanding and past-due invoices
  • Maintain accurate customer files, job documentation, and billing records
  • Coordinate communication between office staff, crews, and clients
  • Provide administrative support to management
  • Ensure efficient daily office operations
Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or restoration industry operations
  • Hands-on experience with Dash, XactAnalysis/Xactimate and Symbility 
  • Experience in billing, invoicing, and collections
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
  •  Hands-on experience with Dash, XactAnalysis/Xactimate and Symbility  
Preferred Experience

 

  • Background in restoration, construction, or emergency services
  • Hands-on experience with Dash, XactAnalysis/Xactimate and Symbility 
  • Familiarity with insurance billing processes
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
