The PD Facility Support Coordinator II provides day-to-day support to facilities during the use, adoption, and stabilization of PD-owned processes and tools. This role serves as a primary point of contact for facility questions, issues, and intake requests related to Process Development initiatives. The PD Facility Support Coordinator II works closely with PD Implementation Coordinators, PD Process Analysts, and PD Systems Analysts to ensure facilities are supported, issues are routed appropriately, and feedback is captured and communicated effectively.

We are seeking a candidate with strong communication and organizational skills who can effectively collaborate with facility teams and operational staff. The ideal applicant will be comfortable working with basic digital tools, including spreadsheets, trackers, and shared systems, to support daily operations and maintain accurate records.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an operations, coordination, or support role.

Travel: up to 5%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently manages intake flow for the facility
  • Conducts micro-discovery to clarify vague requests
  • Identifies recurring intake gaps or poorly defined problems
  • Flags scope risks before assignment
  • Anticipates stabilization issues during rollouts 
  • Reinforces training expectations
  • Identifies adoption gaps and communicates patterns to PD team
  • Communicates recurring issues, risks, and trends to PD leadership 
  • Recommends documentation updates based on recurring facility feedback
  • Contributes to basic trend reporting (support volume, common issues) 
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
