Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: El Paso Childrens Hospital - El Paso, TX 79905Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: RotatingProvides patient care in outpatient and/or inpatient specializing in diagnosing, treating, and managing respiratory and lung-related conditions in infants, children, and adolescents. This role requires expertise in pediatric care, a patient-centered approach, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional medical care for young patients with acute and chronic respiratory disorders. QualificationsWork Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training. License/Registration/Certification Current Board Certification or Board Eligibility in the specialty of planned clinical activity. Current license to practice medicine in the state of Texas. Current specialty specific cardiopulmonary resuscitation by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Education and Training Completion of a four-year M.D./D.O. degree program and medical residency. Completion of a ACGME approved (or equivalent) post-graduate training in pediatric pulmonology followed by successful completion of an accredited fellowship program in Pediatric Pulmonology. Pediatric Pulmonology Certification by the American Board of Pediatrics. Skills: Effective assessment, evaluation and resolution skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to remain flexible and positive in stressful situations.  Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
