What You'll Do

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information about their available benefits and coverage options.

Client Support & Service

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Review benefit programs and explain available solutions

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates

• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Relationship Building

• Develop long-term client relationships built on trust and professionalism

• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction

• Help clients make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families

• Maintain consistent communication throughout the client experience

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship

• Attend leadership development and coaching sessions

• Learn industry products, systems, and best practices

• Continue developing communication and relationship-building skills

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide the training and support needed for motivated individuals to succeed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Must be physically located within the United States

• Computer or laptop

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Webcam and microphone capability

• Quiet, professional workspace

Qualified candidates will complete a brief career overview before scheduling a live Zoom interview with our hiring team.

All interviews are conducted virtually through Zoom for convenience and accessibility.
