Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Customer service oriented
• Results-oriented, metrics-driven, goal-driven
• Sales and Customer service experience a must/membership sales is a plus
• Computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to make inbound and outbound calls
• Must be OUTGOING, POSITIVE, CHEERFUL, ENGAGING, ENERGETIC, RESOURCEFUL, and RELIABLE
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends a must, and when other employees call out
• Mindbody Salon Software experience a plus
