Service Porter
Fox Toyota Lexus is looking for a dependable Service Porter to support our Service Department and provide a great first impression for our guests. If you enjoy staying active, working around vehicles, and being part of a fast-paced team, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the automotive industryÂ
What You’ll Do
As a Service Porter, you play an important role in keeping the service drive running smoothly and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your day may include:
- Welcoming customers and escorting them to the appropriate service team member
- Parking vehicles in designated areas and retrieving vehicles for customers
- Keeping the service drive organized, clean, and free of congestion
- Communicating with Service Advisors or Managers when customers are waiting
- Following all dealership policies related to vehicle care and safety
- Assisting with moving inoperable vehicles as directed
- Reporting any vehicle damage immediately to management
- Supporting cleanliness and organization of the service drive and service department
- Assisting with washing company or customer vehicles as needed
- Helping with other service-related tasks to support team operations
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet throughout the shift
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Physical & Work Environment
- Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Indoor work with occasional outdoor exposure to weather conditions
