Join our manufacturing team as a Tooling Operations Operator and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. You'll manage essential tooling assetsāmoulds, stamping tools, test benches, and moreāensuring they're maintained, optimized, and ready to support our operations every day.
What will you do?
- Manage tool data, maintenance schedules, and capacity planning for all external tooling assets across the plant
- Oversee refurbishment, repair, and industrialization of new tools while supporting transfers and conducting compliance audits
- Coordinate with production teams to optimize tool usage and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns as a multi-skilled operator

- Lean Methodology ā intermediate level; applying lean principles to reduce waste and improve tooling efficiency
