Job DetailsJob Location: ReadyOne Industries 1414 Ability Dr - El Paso, TX 79936Position Type: InternshipSalary Range: $12.00 - $12.00 HourlyPosition Summary: The Vocational Counselor Intern will provide essential support to the Vocational Counseling team in a variety of administrative and programmatic tasks. This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking hands-on experience in vocational services and workforce development. The intern will work closely with Vocational Counselors and team members to support interviews, assessments, events, and daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist Vocational Counselors with daily operations, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with other departments. Provide support during initial interviews with potential candidates or program participants. Assist with organizing and gathering information for supervisor and employee assessments. Help plan, coordinate, and execute internal events, trainings, and workshops. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of program activities. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and responding to emails. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Perform all other job-related duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed Master’s degree in Rehab Counseling Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. A team player with a proactive and positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a vocational, HR, or counseling setting is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
