Martin Tire Company provides everything Texas and New Mexico drivers need to keep their vehicles in great shape. The skilled technicians working at our shops can take care of simple oil changes and wiper blade replacements. We’re also equipped to handle more advanced auto service needs like transmission services and cooling system repairs.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be stocking and maintaining the warehouse, working hands on with all functions of the warehouse and delivering tires and supplies.

COMPENSATION: $12.50/HR and UP

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Possess current and valid driver’s license
• Driving experience in medium trucks preferred
• Must be able to lift 60-130lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work 5 days between Monday-Saturday.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Warehouse maintenance
• Stocking, picking, pulling, sweeping, and organizing.
• Maintaining the warehouse and its inventory
• Delivery of tires and supplies
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Follows all safety procedures and reports any concerns to the Warehouse Manager

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

The Warehouse Associate will be exposed to moderate to loud noises, dust and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The temperature in the work environment varies and could include extreme heat and/or extreme cold depending on the ambient temperatures outside.

The Warehouse Associate must be able to meet the following physical requirements:

• Stand up to eight hours per day in the shop and able to walk to gain access to various areas of the building
• Bend, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly throughout the day; must have full range of motion with arms and hands and be able to feel, handle or finger objects frequently
• Lift and/or move 60-130 pounds repetitively
