Daily Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming in store experience
• Assist with product selection
• Provide clear accurate product information
• Operate POS system and handle transactions with accuracy
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
• Follow ID verification and compliance procedures
• Support restocking and backroom organization
• Travel between nearby locations as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality
• Professional and respectful communication
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to learn product categories
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Retail or customer service experience preferred, not required

Pay Bonuses & Benefits

• Starting pay: $9.25/hour + tips
• Performance-based raises every 6 to 8 months
• Structured retention bonuses (total value $375+):
  • $75 at 5 weeks
  • $150 at 12 weeks
  • $150+ product reward at 18 weeks
