Were seeking a Quality Control Supervisor in El Paso, TX!/strong/ppstrongJob Summary/strong/ppThe Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for leading quality assurance and control processes within a warehouse and distribution environment. This role ensures that inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes meet company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance expectations. The supervisor oversees quality audits, inventory accuracy initiatives, process improvements, and team training to maintain operational excellence and minimize errors, damages, and returns./ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/pul liDevelop, implement, and monitor warehouse quality control procedures./li liConduct routine audits of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processes./li liEnsure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and customer-specific requirements./li liInvestigate and resolve quality discrepancies, damages, and customer complaints./li liMaintain documentation for quality metrics, corrective actions, and audit results./li liOversee cycle count programs and root cause analysis for inventory variances./li liPartner with inventory control and operations teams to reduce shrinkage and errors./li liMonitor key quality KPIs (order accuracy, damage rates, returns, mis-picks)./li liImplement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA)./li liTrain warehouse associates on quality standards and best practices./li liConduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement./li liPromote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement./li liParticipate in internal and external audits./li liPrepare and present quality performance reports to leadership./li liTrack trends and implement proactive quality initiatives./li liMaintain quality documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards./li/ulpstrongQualifications/strong/pul liBachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred./li li3-5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience./li li1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience./li liExperience in high-volume distribution environments preferred/li liStrong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems (WMS)./li liExperience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation./li liAbility to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions./li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills./li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools./li liExcellent communication and leadership abilities./li liKnowledge of OSHA and warehouse safety standards./li liPreferred Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)/li/ulp/ppstrongAt Stagecoach, we value our amazing culture - heres a video from one of our recent Driver Appreciation events:/strong/pp/ppstrongSTAGECOACH CARTAGE amp; DISTRIBUTION, LLC/strong/ppBased in El Paso, TX and established in 1986, Stagecoach has always been passionate about the trucking and warehousing industry, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers.
