The CML Maintenance role plays a critical part in supporting production and delivery operations by maintaining equipment, facilities, and work environments.

Position Summary

The CML Maintenance team member is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facilities within the central production location. This role supports safe and efficient operations by ensuring equipment is functioning properly and production areas meet company standards.

This is a hands-on, non-exempt position operating in a production environment.

In this role, you will:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or operational issues and escalate when necessary
Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure safe and proper operation
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all areas
Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and breakdown as needed
Respond to maintenance requests and support production and delivery teams
Track and report maintenance activities, issues, and repairs
Support overall facility upkeep, including basic repairs and maintenance tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Previous maintenance, facilities, or equipment repair experience preferred
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or facility systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation

Pay Range: $12.00 per hour – $13.00 per hour

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.

This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:

Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb as needed
Perform repetitive motions, including tool usage and equipment handling
Work in a production environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures

Work Environment

This role operates in a food production and facility environment and may involve exposure to machinery, mechanical systems, temperature variations, and fast-paced production conditions. Team members are expected to follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
