Forklift Operator – Grupo Bafar

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, move, and stage products
• Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment and distribution
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track product movement
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain organized and clean work areas following all warehouse safety procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse operations as needed
• Follow company policies and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Valid forklift certification preferred
• Ability to read and write in English
• Basic math and inventory counting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed

Preferred Experience

• Warehouse, distribution center, or retail experience
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems
• Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
