Responsibilities:

Perform welding and fabrication tasks on various materials, including steel.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise.
Assist in the training of junior welders and fabricators as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
