Job DetailsJob Location: El Reno Manufacturing - El Reno, OK 73036RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Drive company trucks delivering Flogistix compressors, components, and parts to multiple sites across the United States. Primary duties involve driving Flogistix trucks according to FMCSA and Flogistix Regulations. Properly securing compressors, components, and parts to trailers and trucks according to FMCSA and Flogistix regulations. Properly completing all required paperwork and electronic documents in a timely and professional manner. May perform other duties assigned by supervisor.   PRINCIPAL DUTIES: 1. Ability and desire to be Flogistix First, work well with all fellow employees and customers 2. Ability to drive long hours with the potential for being away from home for days at a time. 3. Must be able to load, chain, and secure loads on an open deck trailer. 4. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (Traffic, Weather Conditions, Dispatch Changes, Etc.) 5. The ability/license to drive a manual transmission. 6. Ability to use a computer and a tablet. 7. Ability to answer work phone calls, texts, and emails in timely manner 8. Ability to learn new skills and talents 9. Must be able to follow instructions given by supervisor 10. Must be willing to drive all company vehicles once trained properly to do so 11. Must be able to work in hot or cold environments 12. Must be able to lift 50 LBS 13. Must be able to follow all EHSS policies and procedures 14. Must be punctual and possess strong work ethic 15. Must be able to hold invoices and complete expense reports on time and as needed. 16. Will be required to work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency 17. Will be required to complete and turn in all load documents correctly, on time, and legibly 18. Will be required to keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and in good working condition 19. Will be required to inspect and care for tools, supplies, and work areas 20. Will be required to use Electronic Log Display daily to accurately capture Hours of Service in accordance with FMCSA rules and regulations, as well as Flogistix Policies. QualificationsREQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1. Must be at least 21 years of age 2. Must have a current Class A CDL Driver’s License without restrictions. 3. Must be able to pass a DOT physical 4. Must be able to drive a manual transmission. 5. Must have an MVR with no recent moving or driving violations 6. Must have a driving record that meets or exceeds Flogistix’s Safe Driver Matrix 7. Must have a minimum of two years of verifiable flatbed experience. 8. Must be able to follow all basic skills, responsibilities, and accountabilities 9. Oversized load experience is a plus. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; automated equipment, airborne particles; risk of electrical shock and moving fork trucks. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; however, hearing protection is required in designated areas where signage indicates it is mandatory.
