Job DetailsJob Location: El Reno, OK 73036Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $17.00 HourlyJob Description – Driver and Operations Specialist – Canadian County OVERVIEW Diversion Hub is seeking a reliable, organized, and service-oriented Driver & Operations Specialist to support our Canadian County office. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring safe transportation for participants while also maintaining smooth daily operations at the front desk and within the office. This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance transportation responsibilities with administrative and operational support. RESPONSIBILITIES Transportation Duties · Safely transport program participants to and from approved locations, including court, treatment services, employment, and other approved appointments. · Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal driving laws and agency transportation policies. · Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly maintained. · Maintain accurate transportation logs and documentation. · Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or maintenance concerns. Operations & Front Desk Support · Serve as the first point of contact for participants, visitors, and community partners. · Answer phones, forward calls, and provide general information about services. · Assist with participant check-in and appointment coordination. · Maintain organized records and assist with data entry as needed. · Be knowledgeable in services provided on-site, classes offered, and upcoming events. · Support daily office operations, including supply management and facility upkeep. · Assist leadership with operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery. · Provide general administrative support to staff as assigned.   SKILLS Individual must possess the knowledge and the following skills and abilities or be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. · Excellent driving record. · Ability to sit and drive for long periods of time. · Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on database and spreadsheet applications. · Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. · Ability to adapt to varied roles and job responsibilities and problem-solving skills. · Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment.QualificationsQualifications · High school diploma or equivalent required. · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. · Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate vehicle insurance coverage. · Must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and documentation necessary to legally operate agency vehicles. · Strong organizational and communication skills. · Professional demeanor and ability to interact respectfully with justice-involved individuals and community partners. · Ability to multitask and shift between driving and office responsibilities as needed. Preferred Qualifications · Experience working in social services, criminal justice, behavioral health, or community-based programs. · Prior experience in administrative or front desk roles. · CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Physical Requirements · Ability to sit or drive for extended periods. · Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. · Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the day.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to sit over long periods of time and be able to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl climb stairs, lift and or move items of up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have excellent command of English language and grammar, both verbal and written. Must be able to manually operate and use a computer.
