What you get to do every day
- Experience with Accounts Receivable
- Prepare cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.
- Maintain Accounts Payable
- Secondary assignment when necessary
- Draw up subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
- Business license and gross receipts reporting
- Assemble sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
- Qualified in credit card management and reconciliation
- Arrange monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
- Supervise monthly accounting close
- Assemble cash flow projections, as needed
- Document budget transfers
