Position Summary:Â Â
Â
The Technical Writer creates clear technical documentation for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service of EV charging systems. This role works closely with engineering teams to translate complex technical information into accurate, compliant documentation aligned with evolving hardware and firmware releases.Â
Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Produce diagnostic troubleshooting documentation, including fault‑code guides, flowcharts, and step‑by‑step diagnostic procedures.Â
- Create installation manuals for electricians, field technicians, and deployment partners, ensuring compliance with electrical and safety standards when installing EV charging systems.Â
- Develop comprehensive service documentation supporting maintenance, repair, and field operations of EVSE charging solution.Â
- Build quality documentation such as Quality manual, Templates, Non-conformance management procedure, quality control procedures, quality assurance procedures aligned with industry standardsÂ
- Collaborate with engineering teams to gather technical details, review designs, and ensure documentation accuracy.Â
- Maintain version control and ensure documentation stays aligned with hardware and firmware releases.Â
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured content for diverse audiences.Â
