About the Role:
Staying Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Concierge (Caregiver) to join our team in El Segundo, CA. Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' overall well-being
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to appropriate parties
- Assist with medication reminders and daily living activities
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care attendant preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a client-first mindset
- Must have a valid CA Pers IDÂ
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
