What You'll Do:

Build high-quality vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows and doors
Operate modern manufacturing equipment (no experience needed - we train you)
Perform quality checks and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with teammates to hit daily production goals
Follow safety procedures to keep yourself and others protected

What You'll Get:

Starting pay between $19.98 - $25.68/hour

Available Shifts (Eldon):

Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Evening Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM (Schedules may vary based on production needs)
Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00am - 6:30pm
