Minimum of three (3) years related manager or supervisor experience. Ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to manage aspects of retail store as well as donation/inventory control. Demonstrated leadership and management skills with both large groups and individual focus. Proven track record to increase sales in a retail setting. Some travel required.
