Seven Arrows Recovery is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist to join our adult residential treatment team. We are an ASAM 3.5 level of care program serving adults navigating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges.
We are looking for a grounded, relational clinician (or emerging clinician) who is passionate about whole-person healing and long-term recovery. This position is open to fully licensed clinicians, associate-level clinicians, master’s-level graduates working toward licensure, and current master’s students seeking internship or practicum placement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or state equivalent)
- Associate-level clinicians (LAC, LAAC, LMSW, LIAC or equivalent)
- Master’s-level graduates working toward independent licensure
- Current master’s students enrolled in counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy programs (for internship/practicum roles)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in residential or substance use treatment settings (preferred but not required)
- Training or interest in trauma-informed and experiential approaches
- Interest in or pursuit of certifications in:
- Expressive Arts Therapy
- Psychodrama
- Music-based interventions
- Somatic or other experiential modalities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy to adult clients in a residential setting
- Facilitate psychoeducational, experiential, and recovery-focused groups
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultation
- Collaborate closely with clinical and direct care team members
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with program, state, and accreditation standards
- Support clients in developing sustainable recovery and wellness plans
Work Environment
This position operates within a residential treatment environment and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Therapists must be able to maintain professional boundaries while fostering a relational, trauma-informed therapeutic environment.
