This full-time position plays a key role in helping students and families from inquiry to enrollment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder who enjoys working with students and families from diverse backgrounds. Successful candidates will be proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while supporting students at various stages of the enrollment process. This individual must be a collaborative team player who can adapt quickly to changing circumstances, respond effectively to unexpected challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  The Admissions Representative should be comfortable utilizing technology and data systems to track student progress, manage communications, and maintain accurate records. A willingness to learn new systems, leverage technology efficiently, and take initiative in identifying opportunities to support students and improve processes is essential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service while contributing to the overall success of the Enrollment Management team. Primary Responsibilities Recruit prospective students through school visits, college fairs, campus events, phone calls, email, text messaging, and virtual outreach. Manage an assigned recruitment territory and maintain regular communication with prospective students, parents, counselors, schools, and community partners. Conduct individual appointments and campus visits for prospective students and families. Review applications and assist students in completing admission requirements. Represent Judson University at recruitment events, orientation programs, and other enrollment activities. Collaborate with coaches, faculty, and campus departments to support student recruitment and enrollment. Maintain accurate records and communication within the university’s CRM system. Assist with special projects and initiatives designed to increase undergraduate enrollment.  QualificationsQualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships with students, families, and school staff. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Willingness to travel within an assigned territory and work occasional evenings and weekends. Previous admissions, recruitment, sales, customer service, or higher education experience preferred.   Salary & Benefits $36,000 - Salary is commensurate with education and work experience. Benefits for full time employees include a tuition waiver program for employee and dependent (pro-rated by year until employed for four years), medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holidays, two personal days per year, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
