We look for individuals that embody these values by being self-motivated to go above and beyond their responsibilities, sharing credit where due and offering praise to others, and are highly emotionally intelligent.   Summary: Uses software to nest and program sheet metal parts for punching on a CNC punch and laser machine.  Responsible for maximizing sheet utilization and reduce waste, checking for proper tooling and clearances, the accuracy of programmed parts to Bill of Material quantities, and working with machine operators to resolve programming issues for efficient manufacturing.  Experience with Amada equipment, Dr. Abe programming software, ISO 9001 compliance, and prior programming experience is a plus.  Applicants for this position need to have a strong attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.   Supervisory Responsibilities: None.   Duties/Responsibilities: Uses computer assisted design/drafting equipment and software to program part nests. Checks programs for accuracy and completeness before releasing to production floor. Maintains stored part programs and information, including executing revisions and reprogramming. Assists in correcting machine operation issues and part reworks. Assists with material and tooling inventory. Performs all tasks safely and responsibly. Performing well in a warehouse environment. Maintain and clean both the equipment and work area. Perform related duties as assigned.   Required Skills/Abilities: Understand and interpret instructions. Maintain a safe work environment.
