AMBAC International is hiring Grey Room Lapping Technicians to join our employee-owned team in Elgin, SC. In this role, you’ll perform precision lapping and finishing processes used to create highly accurate sealing surfaces for fuel injection components.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy focused, detail-oriented work and want to develop specialized manufacturing skills.

What You’ll Do

• Perform lapping operations on fuel injection components to meet precise specifications
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Utilize measuring and inspection equipment to verify results
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
• Support production goals while ensuring product quality and safety

What You Bring

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive precision work with consistency
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Manufacturing or quality inspection experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
