The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the patient experience—supporting both front-office operations and clinical workflows. From welcoming patients and managing records to assisting with patient flow and maintaining an organized environment, your work ensures the clinic runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Check patients in and out efficiently and professionallyÂ
- Register patients and collect co-pays and depositsÂ
- Prepare and distribute required documentation (new patient forms, insurance cards, privacy notices)Â
- Answer phones, direct calls, and schedule appointmentsÂ
Administrative & Medical Records
- Create and maintain patient charts; pull and file records as neededÂ
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of all medical recordsÂ
- Obtain and update patient information, including histories, vitals, and test resultsÂ
Clinical & Patient Support
- Prepare examination roomsÂ
- Assist with patient transport and clinic flowÂ
- Provide compassionate support and assistance to patients and familiesÂ
Compliance & Operations
- Follow clinical guidelines and complete required annual trainingÂ
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all healthcare regulationsÂ
- Maintain a clean, organized facility and adequate supply levelsÂ
- Perform other related duties as assignedÂ

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED requiredÂ
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative roleÂ
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferredÂ
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skillsÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareÂ
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
- Knowledge of clerical procedures (recordkeeping, filing systems)Â
- Understanding of medical terminology and office ethicsÂ
- Ability to maintain strict patient confidentialityÂ
