The Project Administrator oversees the daily business operations of the division, including customer service, safety, operational efficiency, and personnel management. This role is critical in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations while leading by example and supporting the growth and development of Team Green employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage waste profiling

  • Assisting with account management

  • Assisting with safety documentation and ensuring state law compliance

  • Conducting employee safety training

  • Identify and recommend cost-effective methods for waste processing

  • Lead by example and promote a strong safety culture

  • Ensure adherence to GFL’s Safety Policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience working in a safety-sensitive environment

  • Industrial and/or DOT transportation experience

  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage teams

  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills

  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions independently

  • Proficient in basic computer programs

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
