QualificationsQualifications Experience in managing a high-volume kitchen or restaurant Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills Our managers cook, lead the team, and tend to our guests! Outstanding communication skills Has the ability to lead and motivate a team Cash managing experience Able to lift approximately 50 lbs. 2 – 4 years of Shift Lead or Restaurant Manager experience highly preferred Manager Benefits: Competitive salary Performance Bonus program Employee Recognition Program Medical, Dental.
