Client Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team.

We are looking for a personable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team in delivering outstanding service to our clients and their pets.

Why We Need You

As the face of the hospital, the Client Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for clients and patients. The CSR helps build trust and confidence in our hospital and supports the daily flow of operations by:

  • Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
  • Answering phones and providing an exceptional client experience
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Making follow-up calls and reaching out to prospective clients
  • Presenting and explaining fees and processing payments
  • Assisting clients with products, services, and prescription requests
  • Educating clients on general pet care topics such as heartworm prevention, flea and tick control, and housebreaking
  • Managing medical records, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintaining a clean and organized hospital environment, including light cleaning and removal of animal waste as needed

  • Previous veterinary or medical office experience preferred
