Hall Ford Hyundai in Elizabeth City is adding to our busy service team. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with premier customer service skills for this opening.

Summary:
Our Automotive Service Advisor/ Service Writer greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs.

Automotive Service Advisor / ASM Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
- Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
- Address and resolve customer complaints

Automotive Service Advisor / ASM Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive service writing; CDK experience a plus
- Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations

- Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
