Overview:

Sentara Albemarle Medical Center (SAMC) is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our collaborative, patient-focused cardiovascular program serving northeastern North Carolina. This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient cardiology with strong team support and a sustainable call schedule.

Position Highlights:

Required Procedures:
- Diagnostic cardiac catheterizations
- Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) imaging
Weekly Schedule:
- 3–4 days inpatient rounding (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with APP support
- 1–2 days outpatient clinic (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Clinic Volume:
- Average of 20 patients per day
Call Schedule:
- 1:4 call rotation
Full-Time and PRN/Flex options available

Requirements:

BC/BE in Cardiovascular Medicine
Experience with Nuclear Stress Testing
Experience with NIV and echocardiography
