HR Manager:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead recruitment and human resources operations. This role is critical in attracting, hiring, and retaining qualified professionals who provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to individuals. The HR Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations specific to DDD services.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles such as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), case managers, nurses, and administrative staff
- Develop recruitment strategies to address high-volume positions
- Work with operations to understand the hiring needs and hire accordingly
- Build connections through community outreach, job fairs, and schools
Onboarding & Compliance
- Oversee onboarding processes, including background checks, fingerprinting, and credential verification
- Ensure compliance with DDD regulations, and state licensing standards
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely completion of required documentation
HR Operations

- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards
- Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Monitor turnover and implement retention strategies, particularly for frontline staff
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and staffing ratios
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
