 HR Manager:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead recruitment and human resources operations. This role is critical in attracting, hiring, and retaining qualified professionals who provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to individuals. The HR Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations specific to DDD services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles such as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), case managers, nurses, and administrative staff
  • Develop recruitment strategies to address high-volume positions
  • Work with operations to understand the hiring needs and hire accordingly
  • Build connections through community outreach, job fairs, and schools

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Oversee onboarding processes, including background checks, fingerprinting, and credential verification
  • Ensure compliance with DDD regulations, and state licensing standards
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely completion of required documentation

HR Operations

    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards
    • Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
    • Monitor turnover and implement retention strategies, particularly for frontline staff
    • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and staffing ratios

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
