Position Description

This is true OTR with flexible freight, serving dedicated customers, not a home-daily or every-other-day position.

Drivers run freight across multiple regions with professional-level autonomy, strong operations support, and the ability to shape their weekly flow.

Home Time Policy

RTS provides flexible home-time scheduling, not a forced rotation.
There is no requirement such as “X days out = X days home.”

However, because this is true OTR:

Home time earlier than every 2 weeks is NOT guaranteed although possible depending on home base location and coordination with operations
Drivers may choose to stay out longer if they choose

This gives you the freedom, without offering unrealistic guarantees.

Requirements

CDL Class A
2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
Clean MVR PSP
Able to pass all DOT requirements
Professional communication skills
Ability to use mobile devices for updates/documentation
