Position Title: Assembly Supervisor 

Mission: Coordinate the staff activities to achieve safety, quality, volume and delivery time goals; develop staff, optimizing resources and eliminating waste along the process.

Position Responsibilities

Ensure all Team Members count with Standard work and or standard procedures and these are followed.

Ensure that all machinery, tooling, materials, manning and necessary equipment is available to perform production tasks 

 Ensure precise daily operation records are kept in order to analyze and improve operations performance. 

 Solve and/or report any risk that may compromise the physical integrity of employees, environment or company facilities 

 Comply with the responsibilities and authorities of the Environmental and Quality Management System 

 Ensures a clear strategy for Implementing Built In Quality (BIQ) 

 Close Customer Alerts

 Coordinates the execution of Corrective Maintenance

MMS practice management

Education and Experience Requirements

Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred

3 years of leadership experience required

Automotive/Industrial experience required

All employees are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable policies, procedures, and internal controls; executing assigned control activities; maintaining appropriate supporting evidence; and promptly reporting any identified deviation, risk, or control deficiency to the direct leader.
