Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in the Elizabethtown area. This position is ideal for candidates with previous production or press operation experience who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor industrial production equipment and press machinery
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
Inspect products to ensure quality and production specifications are met
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow production schedules and work instructions
Assist with preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs
Accurately complete production documentation and reports

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Experience operating press equipment is highly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to lift, stand, and work throughout a scheduled shift

Preferred Skills

Experience with industrial presses or extrusion-related equipment
Mechanical setup and changeover experience
Understanding of quality control procedures
Forklift experience is a plus
