- Pay: Based on experience starting at $36.52+/ hour

Required Shift:
1st Shift: Monday- Friday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible pending business needs)
Description of Role:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in a fast paced, high production environment. Key responsibilities may include troubleshooting and servicing advanced pneumatic systems, basic hydraulic systems, AC/DC electrical systems, welding, fabrication, automation (PLC and instrumentation), machining, and mechanical systems across all process and packing equipment.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ years’ work experience related to industrial maintenance
- Experience in Welding, Advanced Machinist Skills and/or fabrication
- Possess a fundamental understanding of Electrical systems and troubleshooting, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Schematics and/or Mechanical Drawings
- Willingness to develop required technical skills
- Proficient with computers software’s included MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Associate degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Industrial Maintenance/Technology
- Technical/Trade Certification in: Welding, Advanced Machinist Skills, fabrication and blueprint interpretation
- Possess an advanced understanding of AC/DC Electrical (up to 480VAC 3 Phase), Hydraulic and Pneumatic Schematics and Mechanical Drawings in order to solve problems
- Possess PLC/Instrumentation troubleshooting skills
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.) and frequent pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs.).
- Frequent handling/gripping/bending/twisting/stooping.
- Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment.
- Ability to stand and / or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Ability to read, write and understand English
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Troubleshooting, repairing and overhauling equipment within close tolerances.
- Advanced Pneumatic, Basic Hydraulic, AC/DC Electrical Systems, Automation (PLC and Instrumentation), Automation, Machining, and Mechanical Systems on all Process and Packaging Equipment (willing to train)
- Perform routine electrical and mechanical problem-solving on process & packaging equipment.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM's) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) on Process & Packaging Equipment
- Support Operations in equipment setup, changeover and training of operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities
- Accurately document Work Orders (WO) using Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP-PPM Plant Maintenance)Â Â
- Active Engagement in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Theory and Concepts through participation in Pillar Teams, training fellow Technicians/Operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities to include conducting Breakdown Analysis (BDA’s)
- Understand and adhere to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) Procedures, Confined Space Procedures and all other Plant Safety/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements related to supporting machinery uptime
- Perform any adhoc requests as assigned
