The P&O Business Partner for Mars WrigleyĀ North American factoriesĀ worksĀ with the Factory and Technical Directors & and their Leadership Teams supporting local people strategy creation and execution, leading change initiatives as well as leading the talent agenda and engagement at a strategic level.āÆĀ The BP ensures day-to-day operational work is completed via MyP&O and two-way communication with COEs.Ā The BP has the ownership to co-design and co-implement the Mars Associate Experience as guardian of the Five Principles, signature processes, and governance procedures.Ā Ā

What are we looking for?Ā Ā
Minimum qualification:Ā Bachelorās degree in Human ResourcesĀ or related fieldĀ Ā
Preferred qualification: Master / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fieldĀ Ā
At the factories minimum 3 days a week (able to travel and effectively manage regional responsibilities)Ā Ā
5+ years of progressive P&O/HR experienceĀ Ā
3+ years of manufacturing setting experience preferredĀ Ā
Solid knowledge of US labor regulations and understand their application in solving business needs and ability to provide guidanceĀ Ā
Effective in building relationship at all levelsĀ Ā
Strong analytical, problem-solving, criticalĀ thinkingĀ and decision-making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detailĀ Ā
Able to solve challenges with a data mindset;Ā utilizesĀ available data and informs stakeholders using a data centric approach to prioritize, influence and drive outcomesĀ Ā
Good business acumen / business experienceĀ Ā
Strong consulting skills and ability to influence decisions to a positive business outcome
Ability to effectively manage and work within ambiguity and prioritize on business needs and resourcesĀ Ā
WhatĀ will beĀ your key responsibilities?Ā Ā
Business Leadership:āÆĀ Partner with Operations business leaders to achieve goals aligned with the people agenda, provide thought leadership to the business and ensureĀ Ā associate advocacy.
The expectation will be to effectively partner with multiple site Leadership Teams and will require highly functional ways of working.Ā
Talent & Organizational Health:āÆĀ Drive a talent pipeline and strategy that supports growth and Associate development/engagement, keep a āpulseā of the business and developĀ appropriate ODĀ interventions that strengthen the health of the organization and enable a high-performing culture. Coach LMs through theĀ wowās, enabling them to develop Associates and improve engagement and team wellbeing living up to theĀ expectationĀ of a Marsā Great Line Manager.Ā Ā
Unit Effectiveness: manage or deliver unit-specific projects to drive change and transformation, embed the adoption of MarsĀ signature peopleĀ programs and Essence ofĀ MarsĀ and communicate emerging needs toĀ CoEs.Ā Ā
Partner with the P&O Head and the P&O team toĀ establishĀ and achieve short and long-term goals to drive business success, ensure theĀ peopleĀ agenda lives and is acted upon within the unit, and emphasize Associate advocacy.Ā
Enabling Operations:āÆāÆGuide, support and position the MyP&O team and LMs to most effectively and efficiently support Associates.Ā Work to ensure efficiency and effectiveness with the Talent Acquisition and Associate Relations teams.Ā ProblemĀ solveĀ escalations throughoutĀ P&O model to drive resolution.Ā Ā
