Referral Coordinator - Diabetes Care

Full time, 8:30a-5:00p (end time may vary)

Job Description:

Under general direction, the Referral Coordinator coordinates referral requests and communication of appointments using general clerical and customer service skills including, but not limited to, organizing requests from multiple locations, obtaining pre-authorizations, and communicating status of appointments.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of medical office experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous referral coordinator experience preferred.
