Main Responsibilities: Reliability Intern

Validate current manufacturing processes to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, and communicate and conduct training on improvements.

Analyze best practices and develop manufacturing processes to achieve plant objectives through problem-solving.

Manage systems and process controls, documentation of projects and standard work instructions, and area tools and equipment.

Assist reliability team in processing, developing and implementing data process systems.

Assist reliability team in other various operations productivity improvement or special projects

Assist reliability team in processing, quoting, implementing, launching, and maintaining engineering changes, collaborate with other areas, and provide shop floor support.

Actions

Perform additional responsibilities as required; position is subject to change as the needs of the department change.

Academic and Experience

2 years of undergraduate studies working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.

Experience in data analysis preferred.

Experience in the automotive/manufacturing industry preferred.

Knowledge of OSHA/Safety standards and practices preferred.

Deploying a practice, training in a tool or methodology, leading problem solving or other applied leadership experience preferred.
