Baptist Health Physical Therapy is part of the outpatient services of Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG) which is a comprehensive network that includes over 1,100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians across Kentucky and Indiana.

Requirements:
- Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
