Key Responsibilities Implement OT treatment activities as directed and delegated by the supervising OT — no independent evaluation or treatment planning Collect session performance data on all targeted occupational goals and record in the Rethink EMR per supervising OT instructions Actively participate in all scheduled OT supervision contacts and implement feedback Communicate any client changes, family concerns, or safety issues to the supervising OT immediately Complete documentation in the Rethink EMR on the date of service; notes are reviewed by the supervising OT Maintain current Oklahoma OTA licensure through required renewal Qualifications Associate's degree in occupational therapy assisting from an ACOTE-accredited program Current, active Oklahoma OTA license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision Experience with pediatric populations preferred No active disciplinary sanctions on Oklahoma license Clearance of all required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screens Oklahoma Credential Requirement Must hold a current, active OTA license from the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
