Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods Corp is seeking a 2nd shift FSQA Technician for Elk Grove Village, IL. You will test and inspect products to ensure finished products adhere to the established quality standards and meet regulatory compliance.

What you are going to be doing…
• Test and inspect product at various stages of production – this includes dimensions, weight, temperature and performance.
• Conduct on line inspection and process control limits.
• Compile and evaluate data to maintain quality and reliability of products.
• Understand and enforce principles of HACCP, GMP and GDK Foods quality standards

What you need to have…
• Associates degree: Bachelor’s degree in food science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related life science preferred
• 1+ years of experience in food manufacturing environment in a QA/QC role
• Knowledge of trend analysis preferred
• Ability to work overtime and flexibility in work hours (24-hour operation)
• Varied temperature environment - (hot & cold environments)

Target Pay Rate: $20.00/hour - $22.00/hour + Shift Differentials: $1.00 for 2nd shift
