How you’ll make an impact in this role
Operated telecommunications systems to answer, screen, and route incoming calls while managing codes, alerts, drills, and organizational announcements.
Received and relayed internal and external communications, providing accurate information in accordance with established protocols.
Maintained and updated directories, on-call schedules, and reference materials to ensure efficient communication operations.
Managed paging and alert systems to contact personnel and coordinate code responses in alignment with organizational policies and disaster management plans.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
