How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Operated telecommunications systems to answer, screen, and route incoming calls while managing codes, alerts, drills, and organizational announcements.

  • Received and relayed internal and external communications, providing accurate information in accordance with established protocols.

  • Maintained and updated directories, on-call schedules, and reference materials to ensure efficient communication operations.

  • Managed paging and alert systems to contact personnel and coordinate code responses in alignment with organizational policies and disaster management plans.


What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
