Responsibilities

As a Community Outreach Representative, you will:

• Represent nonprofit organizations and community partners at local events and outreach campaigns.
• Engage with community members, supporters, donors, and volunteers.
• Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and initiatives.
• Assist with fundraising campaigns, promotional events, and community programs.
• Build positive relationships through face-to-face communication and customer engagement.
• Assist with event setup, registration, and onsite coordination.
• Collect feedback and share insights with the team.
• Work collaboratively to achieve campaign and community outreach goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States

Previous experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, restaurants, fundraising, volunteering, events, or communications are encouraged to apply.
